Memories from Girlguiding

Apologies for the delay in drawing. My Grandma passed away just over a month ago so I didn’t really feel like drawing.

Anyway, one of the most important things in my life is Girlguiding, and this time around, I drew a couple of memories from my experiences as a leader there.

The first picture was several years ago when I was a young leader. We had a waternight one summer which naturally lead to a waterfight. I noticed the leader in charge had not gotten wet, so I cornered her, and the guides threw water all over the two of us.

The second picture was set more recently. When I was on placement, I had very limited opportunity to go to my Guide unit at home, but in June, for the first time in almost a year, I was able to go. We did a wide game in the woods based on the Queen’s 90th birthday, where the guides had to rescue the Queen’s corgis and their food without being caught by the leaders. It was an amazing evening and there was a lot of running from both guides and leaders alike.
